“365 Days (Koyomi)” is a yearly calendar
from January 1st to December 31st, 2023 written by hand on the cover of Weeks . The 2022 version of the notebook, which was well received, was made with a newly written design. The cover of the 2023 edition features 12 seasonal motifs. The numbers, days of the week, and motifs surrounding the calendar were created by Ryota Kishida , the younger brother of writer Nami Kishida. The reason why I asked Ryota to write the numbers on the calendar was that the page numbers in the book Nami wrote about her family, “I didn’t love her because she was my family, but I loved her family.” what was written. Ryota, who had Down syndrome and was unable to write , practiced for Nami and wrote the numbers for the page numbers. Shigesato Itoi liked the charming handwritten characters and asked Ryota to handwrite for 365 days. The cover is a hardcover specification that is stiff and lightly flexible . The number “2023” stamped in gold on the front and back is also handwritten by Ryota Kishida. It has a deep charm because it is written slowly and carefully .
