Aged Bottled Aromatic Vinegar 216 capsules are a concentrated extract of aromatic vinegar produced in Lufeng, Yunnan Province, China, in soft capsules for easy consumption. Unlike most Japanese vinegars, aromatic vinegar is made from glutinous rice. It is fermented using the solid fermentation method until the acidity reaches 5.0 or higher, and then further matured. The entire process takes 4-6 months. It contains about 10 times more amino acids than black vinegar.
