We use Ethiopian coffee, which has a long history and is the birthplace of coffee. The same coffee beans refined by the natural process are blended at different roast levels to create a blackberry and maple-like sweetness of deep roasted coffee, and a fruity and hibiscus-like aroma of lightly roasted coffee. Combined, the acidity was mild and finished in a rich taste. It is a blend that you can enjoy a new taste created by combining the “past (= history / past)” of coffee, which is linked to the concept of “fusion of the past and the future” of HUMAN MADE.
